Cancel a Membership:
•   1. In almost all cases, the e-mail that confirms your membership will contain information about how to cancel. Also, the "terms and conditions" page, "join" page, or members area of the adult web site often contains this information as well. Note that you'll need to know your account username, as well as the e-mail address and credit card number that you used when you signed on.

About 90% of pay-sites use a 3rd-party billing company (most popular being CCBill, Epoch and LocalBilling - read below for a full list). Those companies handle all billing from beginning to end. Cancelling your membership can be as simple as visiting the billing processor site, finding their "Customer Support" or "Cancel Membership" page, and doing a search for your memberships through their system. Below is a list of customer support sites for each billing company:

Epoch
CCBill
Verotel
Local Billing
Jettis
2000 Charge
ACH Debit
365 Billing
NetCash
Seg Pay
VXS Bill
DHD Media
Standard Pay
Level Ventures
Commerce Gate
GM Bill
Clear Card

The site you signed up for should also have a link to the cancel page to assist you. If you cancelled your membership before your rebill date, and you've still been rebilled, then you probably waited a few days too long. Most sites require about 7 days notice prior to your rebill date (or 24 hrs for a trial) to cancel without being charged again. So if you're not happy and don't intend to renew your membership, cancel ASAP. In almost every case, you'll still have access to the members area until your membership expires.

2. If you have lost the e-mail or some of the data that you need to cancel, then look at your credit card statement. It will contain the billing company's name (often with a phone number) listed with the charge. Call that number in order to cancel, or visit the billing company support site (see the list above).

3. You can also look for contact information on the adult site, then e-mail (or call, if there's a number) and request a cancellation.
